  4. Purpose — career, mission, contribution, leadership

  5. Brotherhood — relationships, accountability, standards

WHAT TO DO NEXT

MY STORY

I know what it feels like to hit the wall.

I was overweight, unhealthy, in debt, divorced, separated from my five kids, and drifting through life with no ambition and no clear future.

I wasn’t some polished success story. I was a man trying to claw his way back.

That’s where 50TOUGH began.

At first, it was just a journal — a place to track my progress, my mistakes, my failures, and the lessons I was learning the hard way.

Over time, that journal became a system.

A system for rebuilding discipline. Restoring health. Creating purpose. Regaining confidence. And proving that life after 50 doesn’t have to be about fading out.

Now my mission is simple:

To help men create their best second half.

Not through hype. Not through shortcuts. But through honest work, hard-earned wisdom, and daily action.

The first half made you. The second half is where you prove who you really are.

Start With the 7-Day Reset

Seven days. Simple standards. Walking, training, food, sleep, discipline, and direction.
